Calendar & Reminders
What calendar sync means
Current status: Google and Microsoft calendar connection flows are implemented, but Production configuration remains externally blocked. Live connections have not been verified. Connection-free calendar exports are a separate option.
Provider application/OAuth setup, callbacks, and encrypted token storage must be ready before live use. No specific missing value is identified by this website review.
When connections are available
Selected external calendars provide incoming display. Choose a writable destination to publish chosen ThoughtDump Events and link them. Updates apply to linked Events, not arbitrary imported entries, and never rewrite the source Dump. The initial import window is 60 days back and 366 days ahead.
Watch pending, synced, error, and conflict states. Retry a failed operation; refresh the connection to retrieve changes, or reconnect if access needs renewing. If both sides change a linked Event, choose which version to keep after reviewing the conflict.
Disconnect and Unpublish
Disconnect asks for confirmation and removes stored access; it does not delete external Events. Unpublish requests removal of the published external Event. Connection errors can delay removal, so check the result.
Connection-free calendar exports create one-time outbound copies. Handoffs are not sync, and an Exported marker does not verify destination acceptance.
