Refunds & Billing Disputes

ThoughtDump includes a 7-day no-card trial so you can try the full product before paying. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once processed, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after cancellation.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — see Canceling.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or have another billing problem, contact support@thoughtdump.io. We will investigate and correct verified billing errors. Refunds required by applicable law will be honored.

For accidental charges or exceptional circumstances, contact Support so we can review the situation under this policy.
