How billing works

ThoughtDump is $9.99/month or $89/year in US dollars, with the same features either way. Choose a plan, then create or sign in to your ThoughtDump account to continue to secure Stripe Checkout. Choosing a plan or creating an account does not charge you.

1. Choose Monthly or Annual on this website or through your ThoughtDump account.
2. Stripe Checkout will handle payment details; this public website does not collect card information.
3. Your ThoughtDump account will show the subscription status after payment is confirmed.
4. Open Settings → Billing → Manage billing in your signed-in ThoughtDump account.

Changing a billing name, email, or payment method will not change your ThoughtDump sign-in or ownership of your information. A payment that needs authentication or recovery will be handled through the billing process; a single failed charge is not permanent account deletion. Contact Support for billing assistance.

Payment status and recovery

A renewal payment needing recovery is different from an incomplete initial payment. Follow Settings → Billing → Manage billing to resolve renewal issues and any requested authentication; check your account’s access status. An incomplete initial payment does not start paid access. Returning from Checkout alone is not confirmation: payment must be verified before paid access begins. A failed payment does not delete your content.
