Privacy & Transparency
Your thoughts belong to you.
ThoughtDump processes your audio and text to capture, organize, and store the information you ask it to. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or provide an operator mode for browsing your thoughts.
What operational analytics show
Aggregate account and activity counts, processing success and failure, feature use, and recorded AI usage and costs help us understand whether ThoughtDump is working. An unavailable measurement is reported as unavailable.
What stays out of that view
Operator analytics do not display recordings, transcripts, Item text, private Project names, email addresses, or raw account identifiers. They are not a tool for reading individual thoughts.
You choose what to share
Family Sharing exposes only selected Event titles and timing to your household. Exports and optional calendar connections happen at your request. Your other thought content remains private by default. Google and Microsoft calendar connection flows are implemented, but Production configuration remains externally blocked. Live connections have not been verified. Connection-free calendar exports are a separate option.
