Recording controls

Burst stops automatically after 30 seconds. Long form uses a manual stop. Watch elapsed time and the waveform, and use the visible tap controls to stop. In supported browsers, you can also say “ThoughtDump, stop.” Browser speech support varies.

A browser transcript shown during capture is provisional. The post-recording transcript is the authoritative source for processing. Uploads have a 25 MiB limit. Recording depends on microphone permission, browser support, and connectivity; there is no promised offline queue or unlimited recording length.
