Tasks, Notes, Ideas & Projects
Projects / folders
Projects group related Tasks, Notes, Ideas, and Events together — a job, a trip, a hobby, whatever makes sense to you. ThoughtDump will suggest a Project based on what you said, or you can create a new one. Uncertain Project assignments can be resolved in Needs Review.
When it asks, the review screen shows a "Choose a Project" panel: suggested Projects as buttons if ThoughtDump has a guess, an Existing Project dropdown listing your other active Projects, and a New Project option to name one on the spot. You can also leave it unresolved to decide later — the item itself is already saved either way, nothing is lost while it waits for you.
Manage Projects
Create, rename, archive, or restore a Project. A Project groups Items across recordings, and one recording can yield Items in several Projects. Move an Item to another Project or leave it unassigned. Archiving preserves its Items and source content; restoring brings the Project back into use.
