Deleting your account

Account deletion is a separate, intentional action. Trial expiry and subscription cancellation preserve your account and text content; normal seven-day audio cleanup continues. Deletion is separate. You can request account deletion at any time.

Request account deletion from Settings or email support@thoughtdump.io. The Settings action opens an email request; deletion is handled by support. It is separate from cancellation or trial expiry. Export anything you want to keep before requesting deletion.

Sending the request does not immediately delete your account. Support will help with confirmation and the deletion process. Optional feedback is never required to request deletion, and a deletion request does not sign you up for marketing email.
